I attend focus groups and open to user consultations to lead evidence-based design projects – projects often involving complex user needs and multiple stakeholders. I manages the prototyping and concept creation process for high-impact projects – balancing the user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to achieve optimal design solutions.

Technology changes every seconds so I am constantly updating and applying accessibility standards, understanding how the digital world works and the technological constraints that may need to be considered in design.
